Scheduling, intake and clinical records are handled in our patient portal (CharmHealth), which is governed by its own privacy terms and by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
1. We do not collect health information on this website
This website contains no forms, accounts or chat features. We do not ask for, collect or store your name, contact details, insurance information, symptoms, or any other personal or protected health information (PHI) through this site. Please do not send medical information by email; share it securely inside the patient portal instead.
2. No advertising trackers or analytics pixels
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, advertising cookies, session-replay tools or any other third-party tracking technology on this website. We do not sell or share visitor data with advertisers.
3. Technical data processed by our hosting provider
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data required to deliver pages to your browser (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in standard server logs. This data is used only for security and to keep the site running, and is retained for a limited period according to the hosting provider's policy.
4. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting; no request is made to third-party servers when you view a page. Your language preference may be remembered in your browser's local storage so the site opens in that language next time.
5. Links to other sites
When you click "Book an Appointment", you leave this website and enter the CharmHealth patient portal, a HIPAA-compliant platform with which we have a Business Associate Agreement. Their privacy policy applies to information you enter there. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites we link to.
6. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of certain data practices under state privacy laws. Because this website does not collect personal information, there is generally nothing to access or delete; for information held in our patient portal or medical records, please see our Notice of Privacy Practices or contact us below.
